In the rare case that your order has been damaged during transportation do not refuse the shipment and you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. Mark the items on your invoice and Bill of Lading that are damaged and have the driver sign it. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Approval for the claim usually takes between 3 and 5 business days. Once the claim is approved we will promptly ship you replacements for the damaged material. Please keep all material including paperwork and boxes. Once the claim is reported, the material by law is now property of the freight carrier. They have 120 days to decide whether they would like to pick it up or ask you to discard it.
- We cannot be responsible for damaged material if is not noted on the bill of lading and signed by the driver.
