Cancel or Change an Order

If you need to cancel or change your order please call one of our representatives as soon as possible. You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, as long as your order has not yet shipped.  Our representatives will be able to tell you if your order is still eligible to be cancelled. In the event that your order has already been shipped you must now refer to our return policy.
